A New Real Estate Experience for Buyers and Sellers in Northern Nevada

As a Real Estate Agent in Northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe Region I have found it a worthy challenge to help both buyers and sellers to find the tools and resources they need to make a great Real Estate decision. I have tried variety of different web packages to help provide resources to my clients but until today, never felt like I was providing them with the individual experience when online that I felt they deserved and needed in making their next move.

My new website at Lauramoline.com provides both buyers and sellers multiple resources, links and custom search features that will help them make educated choices. The new site will feature community events and lifestyle articles that are designed to help future buyers learn more about our communities and the lifestyles in the Northern Nevada region.

The new Community pages allow for buyers to learn about the communities, link to important features, start customized searches and view quick saved searches targeted to each community.  Buyers can search out listings in specific Communities including: Gardnerville, Minden, Genoa, Carson City, Lake Tahoe, & Reno. Plus they can customize searches by map and target just the specific neighborhoods that they are interested in searching, for example buyers can search for homes inside of Saratoga Springs or Genoa Golf Course Communities.

For sellers the number one question asked is, “how much is my home worth or what is the current value of my home?”  Now, sellers who visit lauramoline.com will be able to get accurate market data to support the current value of their home, delivered to them in a customized report. Sellers will also benefit from up to date listings by community and map search features which will allow them to focus on real estate that is selling around them.

Of course both Buyers and sellers will still be able to contact me for the same great service that has made me one of Nevada’s Top real estate agents. Visitors that are new to the area will be able to see reviews from my past clients on the new website as well.

Here are some beginning tips to using my new Website –  Find everything you need from the home page including Features Listings and Features neighborhoods plus you can use the tabs on the page to get to these featured resources;

1. Search Featured Neighborhoods– you are able to research and discover current listings in: Genoa, Gardnerville, Minden, Lake Tahoe, Carson City and Reno through the neighborhoods tab.  You will also find community highlights, Featured New Listings in the region, and Saved luxury home search for the region and additional community photos to help you get a feel for the area.
2. Search by Map – The Search by map feature helps cluster available homes in geographic areas. Zoom in on the area you are searching and the map will group together homes in that area for the quickest search for homes.
3. Sign-up for Email updates- I would love to help you discover your next home as soon as it comes available on the market. These email updates let you set a criteria for home search and I will send out updates to you automatically via email to keep you up to date on real estate availability in that criteria.
4. Read about Events and Community Updates– Though my blog page I will be listing community events and local buyer/seller information updates. I hope this becomes a resource for my clients to share my knowledge of a local event or local buying process decision. Find monthly market reports, featured community events and updates to the local mortgage/ real estate industry.
