Having bought and sold a number of properties in the past and believe I know enough to appreciate a good relator.. Laura excelled over the top in every aspect. Our situation as compared to most buy/sell transactions was complicated to say the least. We had an unexpected high offer on a piece of industrial property located in another state that wasn’t even listed on the market. Tax concerns forced us into an IRS 1031 trade procedure which has some very strict time deadlines from the closing of sell to the point of buying. Laura spent many hours finding and showing us all buying options on various properties to insure we met the deadline required by the government and end up with useful property as well. We needed both a residence and industrial property to replace the property we sold. Laura also accompanied us to a scheduled meeting with Douglas County Planning people as well to find answers to zoning matters so we would not end up with property we couldn’t use. Laura also assisted us when our buyer had some problems with escrow funds delayed in another sale which put our closing back a few days. We have lived in Carson Valley for over 25 years and it would be hard to find a more knowledgeable and harder working relator in this area in my opinion. Thanks again Laura!
